Croisette, Le Suquet, La Californie: three ways to live Cannes
The Croisette lines up palace hotels, private beaches and the Palais des Festivals. Le Suquet, the old town, is a district of steep lanes you only climb on foot or almost. La Californie and Palm Beach, more residential, hold quieter villas and hotels. Depending on the address, the chauffeur chooses the approach and drops you at the right entrance so that you never have to walk through a crowd.
For the beach and the Lérins islands, Quai Laubeuf is the departure point for the boats; the chauffeur can drop you there and pick you up at the end of the excursion.
