Private transfer Nice Airport → Méribel

Méribel is the gateway to the Three Valleys, with its chalet village and slopes that run down to the heart of the resort. Reaching it from the Riviera is a long stage: a private chauffeur lets you do it relaxed, with your ski gear on board and no change of vehicle.

Moûtiers, Brides-les-Bains, Les Allues

Up to Albertville the route is the same as for Courchevel: A8, A51, Grenoble, Chambéry. It then branches off at Moûtiers, from where the Les Allues valley road passes through Brides-les-Bains and climbs to Méribel through well-engineered bends. About five hundred and forty-five kilometres, 6h15 to 7h15 excluding stops.

The resort is spread over several levels: the centre at around 1,450 metres, Méribel-Mottaret higher up, around 1,750. Chalet access roads are sometimes narrow and snowy; give us the exact address and the name of the chalet or residence and the chauffeur drops you as close as possible.

A journey to build around Saturday

The Tarentaise is one of the busiest valleys in the Alps: on a school-holiday Saturday, the last stretch before the Three Valleys slows the trip down: allow 7h50 to 10h40 in total. If your stay begins on a Saturday, leave Nice very early, or the evening before, to stay ahead of the queue. Conversely, an early Sunday morning return is often smoother than a Saturday afternoon departure.

On weekdays traffic is far lighter, and that is when such a long transfer is most pleasant. Let us know your dates and we advise on the best slot.

Families, groups and ski equipment

Our vehicles are equipped for winter conditions and for carrying skis. On a journey of more than six hours comfort matters: an S-Class for a couple, a V-Class van for a family or group with skis, snowboards and suitcases, up to 7 passengers with their luggage. A child seat can be arranged on request, and we plan a break on the way.

A reminder: winter equipment is compulsory on the mountain roads concerned from 1 November to 31 March. The chauffeur takes this into account and adapts his or her driving to valley conditions.

Towards Méribel and Méribel-Mottaret the last climb can be snowy: for equipment, winter tyres or snow chains and snow socks, and the chauffeur sees to it. Beyond the seven seats of the V-Class van, a 16-seat minibus is possible for a large group. State the number of pairs of skis and suitcases so that we can confirm the vehicle.
